MERIDIAN enclosures for pools are made from high quality materials of foreign production, which have certificates of quality and time-tested.

Profiles for the production of covers made of special aluminium alloy such asAlMgSi 0,5 in accordance with European standards EN ISO 9002, EN ISO 14001. Cross-section aluminium shapes are developed by professional designers for the production of coverings for swimming pools, designed for wind and snow, and it is taking into account the use of the enclosures in the harsh climatic conditions. Size and type of profile may vary depending on the type of structure, size, etc. All profile has special anodic coating thickness of 21 microns or painted in any RAL colour in a special way by polymerization powder (baking at t = 180-200 ° C).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This covering is the primary protective layer that protects the aluminium from exposure of sunlight, friction, corrosion and moisture.

It is also possible to decorate profile with wood sublimation (thermal transfer).

For decoration it is used transferring the pattern from the media to the previously created layer of polymer coating (it is not lamination).

During exposure the temperature and pressure - special pigments transfer into a gaseous state and move on the printing ink layer to a depth of 30 microns.
After cooling, the base is removed and the product is ready for use in all climate conditions.

Tree structure will be accurately conveyed to the texture and pattern.
Operating temperature coated article sis -50 to + 110C. Covers are durable and safe.

Decor will not crack, cleave, does not flake off and can be used both inside and outside.
